I received a call from the Raleigh Fire Chief, who asked me to get my complete driving record for them so they could finish my background check.

Step 5 of 7 – Background and Reference Checks

• The most competitive candidates who successfully complete the RCT and PAT will undergo background and reference checks including criminal and civil background, social security number verification, personal and professional references, and driving records for up to 7 years, depending on the state.
• If you lived outside of North Carolina anytime during the past 7 years, you will be required to provide a certified copy of your Motor Vehicle Report from every state where you lived and had a driver’s license. Out-of-state driving records are your responsibility to provide.
• North Carolina driving records will be provided by the City of Raleigh.
• All military personnel must provide a copy of their DD214.

WOW! From the last post about moving til now we have moved our belongings out to NC and we have moved into our cute little apartment in Cary. Lindsay and I have both been hired, thanks to family and friends, for two different jobs. I now work as a courier for a law Firm, and Lindsay is working at Fitness center. Pretty soon you can see what our apartment looks like from the inside out! Thats enough.
