Get Hooked {9} textured turban headband

It has been a long while since my last Get Hooked! free crochet pattern.
I have some fun ideas for future tutorials, but in the mean time, how about a simple and stylish pattern to get you ready for fall!

Turbans seem to be a budding style accessory for fall.
I'm not sure that I am stylish enough to wear one myself, but I thought if I created a cross between a turban and an ear warmer, I might be able to pull it off.
This pattern is another easy one, with a simple stitch that simply repeats (single crochet, double crochet) down each row.
If you are really ambitious you could try pinning a cute flower or bow to the turban for some extra flare.
Try it out, let me know how it goes!

Now, I better go figure out what to do with my bangs before I go out in public.
Crazy things happen when I go to bed with wet hair!
Happy Tuesday every body, and a very Happy Birthday to my awesome older brother!

  4. Ooh, this is so cute! I'm not sure it would work with my hair, as it is rather big and curly, but it doesn't hurt to try, and I really just want one! Let's see if I can figure this out, I'm not very good at crocheting yet :P

    Thank you for this!
