Random Thoughts 3.0

3.1 I get to see HP 7.2 Friday night!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was getting excited to the point of jumping up and down until I realized it was the very.last.Harry.Potter.ever. Has this thought crossed any body else's mind yet? What will life be like without any HP movies to look forward to in the summers? And speaking of endings...I am watching the last season of Friday Night Lights on hulu right now and getting seriously depressed when I think of it coming to an end. All of the original cast have been trickling back on the show...they were the best. My boy Tim is back and when Matt Seracen walked in to his Grandma's house I busted into tears. Maybe it's the hormones talking, or maybe it just shows how awesomely awesome this show is. All I know is that Ande sees me crying while I watch it and now thinks I am the weirdest mom ever. If you have never seen this show before, you need to get Netflix and start watching it NOW. It is honestly the best show on television (except for Seinfeld - that's for you Curt).

3.2 Sorry to bring this silly business up again but....I just can't hold it in! Remember my crazy neighbor that I window stalk all the time? When we pulled in the driveway from our vacation, she was mowing the lawn again, in her pajamas at 6 in the afternoon. Surprise, surprise. Well, she has mowed the lawn every day since then. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, AND Tuesday. I just can't understand this. I am not much of a lawn mower myself, but I'm pretty sure it should only take about 45 minutes to do. Especially when your yard isn't terribly huge. Does anybody else agree with me here? That is strange behavior. Maybe I should find something better to do with my time... :)

3.3 This week, I have been trying to exercise every day. Nothing strenuous, just trying to keep my blood pumping. The problem is that I keep waking up in the morning feeling sore and stiff and I know why. It's because I haven't been stretching. I love stretching, but I'm at the point now where I can't really bend in any direction to allow me to stretch. This may seem like a silly problem to most people, but to me it is seriously frustrating! The only thing I have been able to do is lay on my side and hold my leg up in the air. I did this last night while Curtis was reading stories to Ande. As if  seeing my blubbering during FNL wasn't enough...now both boys think I'm a weirdo!

3.4 Holy Moly. There will be another human being living in our house in less than a month! It is finally starting to sink in. I can and I can't wait all at once.
