crochet love {polka dot crochet clutch pattern}

Last week, I shared how I added a zipper to this crochet clutch.
Today, I thought I'd share how I made the clutch!

It is a simple pattern.
Besides the basic single and double crochet stitches,
you just need to know how to triple crochet 4 together (tr4tog),
which gives you the fun little "polka dot" look in the center stripe of the clutch.

tr4tog: *yarn over 2 times, insert hook into next stitch, yarn over and pull up a loop, (yarn over and pull through 2 loops on hook) 2 times* repeat from * 4 times, yarn over, pull through all loops on hook.

So far, I have been using my clutch as a case for my Chromebook laptop.
I didn't plan it out this way, but it is a perfect fit!
I've also used it as a little pouch for toting my crochet/knitting projects around when travelling.

I love the pink and off-white color combo,
and who doesn't love polka dots!?
